This 16"x16" oil on canvas painting was painted by Bernie Habicht for the Bi-Centennial Celebration in 1976 in a Norman Rockwell style,depicting the 200 year Birthday Celebration of America with a Birthday Cake of the Carpenter Hall in Philadelphia, where the Constitution was written in 1776.
The illustration was painted almost 40 years ago by me. A written and signed letter from Norman Rockwell dated July 6, 1976 and the modeling photographs of my family with me as sitting image, can be found here.
Framing will be extra special for this painting
This ORIGINAL investment painting is in the artists possession and now available for $18,000.
with a copy of Norman Rockwell's recognition letter to the artist. He was one of the judges for a competition for the Saturday Evening Post Cover Page celebrating the Bi-Centennial Celebration.
